Our buddies over at Stimulus released a summer montage recently that has some good skateboard manuevers. Props to Steve Antonecchia for rockin the Visivo tee at 3:08!

Here's two trailers for the Skateboard Film Festival in Seattle, WA. Our pal Bill Pierce is having a part in the video Spot On, and Steve Marino's video, An Upstate of Mind will be showing as well (as featured in the second trailer). Looks like there's gonna be some good videos shown. Go to The Skateboard Film Festival for more info.

Just got back from Greece the other day after a long two-week journey. Here's a few photos of what I've gotten developed so far that I shot with my Olympus. I also shot a bunch of super8 that will eventually be edited soon (hopefully). I'll post more photos as I get 'em. These will probably be a part of a zine in the near future.

Coconut Records, "West Coast"

Coconut Records is Jason Schwartzman's (Rushmore, Darjeeling Limited) band. Not their latest video, but this always gets me psyched. The footage is from an exhibition in Germany in 1998. The exhibition featured art from German artist, Johannes Wohnseifer who had the idea of exhibiting artworks and having a professional skateboarder skate them. That pro was Mark Gonzales. There's something about The Gonz skating through an exhibition that's too rad for words. Directed by Cheryl Dunn.

Here's the cover photo for the Smolder release, "reds and blues". Pretty sure it'll be CD-R, maybe casette, and will be out sometime in July. Here's a track off that'll probably be on there:
